First time homebuyer seminar/educational tips

I will be hosting a first time home buyer seminar, going over what is needed to start the home buying process. Credit scores, what’s going on in the market, how to get down payment assistance and all of your closing cost covered. I have helped several families who thought that home ownership was out of their reach get to the closing table and they are now happily set up in their home.  Owning your home is a great way to create generational wealth and start investing in your family’s future, instead of renting which is investing in someone else.
